In a scenery of globalization; in an extensive market, becoming more and more international and dynamic, where collectors and art lovers are increasingly varied and numerous, the multiple, the work pulled in more editions (1 to 20; 1 to 100; 1 to 500, etc.) is a reality and a value more and more appreciated and loved. Born with the first engravings of Albrecht Dürer (Nuremberg 1471-1528) its market is still developing. Especially with the advent of Pop Art, since the 60s of the last century, first with Andy Warhol and shortly after with Keith Haring, the multiple edition is designed to satisfy a request of art wider and wider.
This exhibition is a tribute to the concept artwork in its most democratic and popular dimension, presenting works by Lucio Fontana, Damien Hirst, Sol LeWitt, Sadamasa Motonaga, Michelangelo Pistoletto and Daniel Spoerri.
